On Dec 10, 1961 my Dad gave me a Kodak Instamatic camera for my birthday. That started a passion for photography that’s been with me ever since. Even though I never worked as a professional photographer, I’ve never stopped studying and practicing my skills. I’ve continued my self-education in this craft with as much enthusiasm and dedication as possible. I have never lost interest in becoming an accomplished artist that can be recognized for my uniqueness as well as my commitment to quality in my results. To this day, even after practicing for 54 years, I still strive to take advantage of every opportunity whether through reading printed material or taking online courses to improve my skills.

So what am I doing here?

I’m working towards retirement. Retirement from my day job that is. I will retire from the computer sciences industry in a few short years and at that time, I will begin my next career. I’m spending a great deal of my time these days fine tuning my craft. I do this my taking online classes through Creativelive, watching tutorials on YouTube and by reading books. Then I practice. I practice by taking portraits of everyone around me, including myself. This is what it takes to get to the level of proficiency that I need to be in order to satisfy my clients and drive a demand for my services.

Today, more and more people are in need of a professional headshot. Headshots are used in online media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and personal marketing publications. Using your Mother who owns a fancy digital camera to take a snapshot is no longer good enough. So why not consider using a professional?

What’s in this for you?

If you find yourself in need of a Headshot for work or any publication, or an exquisite portrait that cannot be done through traditional point-and-shoot photography, please feel free to contact me and lets talk about what will work best for you.
